Two young fighters sparring during our visit to filming for “Legends Of Martial Arts”

Rambaa Somdet, the owner of the gym and certified legend in the world of Muay Thai and MMA is well known for his work with underprivileged kids in the area, something we very much respect.

Martial arts has so many benefits other than just being able to fight and defend yourself - Rambaa has created an amazing community around his gym and that is clearly evident when you visit.

People from all walks of life and children and adults of all ages training together to become stronger, fitter and more resilient. We had an amazing time at the gym.

Working the pads with the legendary golden era Muay Thai fighter Boonlai at just outside Chiang Mai during filming for our “Legends of Martial Arts” documentary and content series.

Footage from my 3rd match at last Saturday. Happy with the results. Won 2 (by submission) lost 1 (on points). Injured my thumb in the 2nd match but didn’t register the pain till the end of this match. Adrenaline is a crazy thing. Gas tank was fully gone by the end of this one.

Concrete respect to everyone who competed. That was my fist time entering NAGA as a blue belt. Was full of nerves but it was amazing to have my Mrs and her daughter in my corner cheering me on. ❤️
