Brilliant dialogue today at Discovery Space E4 at ! We spoke of vulnerability and commonality and how we all face similar challenges. Thanks to all the participants for being so open and honest, and for making me laugh also 🙂 ❤️

Jean and I had a right laugh today at Chingford Discovery Space

Talk of free range guinea pigs, talking hedgehogs and log cabins in glorious gardens. The rain made everything look brand new too! A good morning 🌧️

Another excellent session today with Claire and Chris. We talked about the fear of change and the future, as well as having a bit of a moan about our responsibilities! Anything goes 😂
