𝟲𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗧𝗕𝗔 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 - 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧

The 64th BTBA National Championships took place at Mansfield SuperBowl over two weekends on 13th, 14th, 27th and 28th June, bringing together bowlers for Singles, Doubles, Team and All Events competition across Open and Women’s divisions.

The BTBA would like to thank the management and staff at Mansfield SuperBowl for their hospitality and support throughout both weekends. With multiple squads each day, lane changes and four days of competition to manage, the team at Mansfield helped the Championships run smoothly and created a great environment for both bowlers and supporters.

This year’s Championships were played on a 41ft modified Crown Jewel oil pattern. The condition offered different challenges across both weekends, with the heat potentially playing a part in the conditions on each day. The pattern rewarded accuracy, ball choice and the ability to make the right moves as the lanes transitioned. Although nobody managed a perfect game, there was no shortage of high scoring, with several games in the 280s, a host of 270-plus performances and some outstanding team totals.

Results have been sent to all team captains together with prize payouts, with payments starting to be made this week as bank details are received.

The Gatwick Tri-Stars League are running a charity tournament taking place on 30th July at Hollywood Bowl Crawley , they are also selling raffle tickets for the following prizes donated by local businesses.
