There’s a difference between people who train… and people who actually look like they train.
Most people show up to the gym. Very few actually create a physique that reflects the effort.
Why?
Because results aren’t just built from “working out”.
You can spend years “going gym” and still look the same.
Or you can approach it like a high performer and completely change your physique, mindset, and presence.
The difference is in the standards.

Introducing 🤝🏻
84.7kg → 73.6kg.
Scott’s transformation goes far beyond just the numbers.
Not only did he achieve incredible condition and step on set for a physique photoshoot he once never thought would be possible, he did it whilst still running and scaling a successful business throughout the process.
No putting life on hold. No extremes. Just structure, discipline, consistency and a complete mindset shift.
This is what happens when you stop settling for average and fully commit to becoming the man you know you’re capable of becoming.

The current look…
Last 4 weeks nutrition has shifted a touch and with that has come a change in body composition and the overall look.
Fuller, not as lean and sitting at 76kg.
What’s changed? I’ve been too lean for too long, so it was time to listen to my body and get food back into a surplus to match the training demands.
Current split is,;
Push, Pull, Legs, optional upper + 3 conditioning sessions and 2-3 zone 2 sessions (A LOT) of output so this requires a lot of food.
Part of me wanted to stay lean for Marbella but the other part of me knew this was optimal given I’ve been sub 10% since December, as a natural a walking nightmare.
Time to get hormones back optimised and training back firing, 4 weeks in and they both already are.
Current food set up;
P 180-200g
C 425-500g
F 65-75g
Total intake 32-3500 roughly give or take on the demand of training that day.
Let’s get this 76kg back up to 78kg and hold ready my full return to running and my first hyrox.

Marbella takeover 5.5 out 🌪️
All hands on deck for me, the team and the lads over the next few weeks ready to land the industry’s biggest ever physique shoot.
Beyond excited to land this and showcase all the work the community are putting in, this will be special for us all.

‘Build this into a lifestyle’
