And yes, those things happen.
But if you stay long enough, you realise Yoga was never only about the body.
It teaches patience in a fast world.
Discipline in a distracted mind.
Stillness in a restless life.
You begin by trying to touch your toes, and somewhere on the way, you start touching your awareness.
Your reactions change.
Your habits change.
Even the way you sit, speak, eat, and think begins to shift.
That is why Yoga is not a workout for one hour.
It becomes a way of living.
The real result is not just fitness it is clarity.
And once you experience that, you stop asking "Should I do Yoga?"
You start asking
"Why did I wait so long?"
