Two months ago, I impulsively joined a race with the team, without fully knowing what I was getting into ๐Ÿ˜….

It turned out to be the , and last weekend, I took on the challenge! ๐Ÿคฉ

The day was filled with adrenaline, but the real highlight?:

My mini-me turned coach ๐Ÿ‘ง, offering unconventional advice like โ€œMummy, take your top offโ€ ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ.

And let me tell you, all those hours in the gym building strength are totally worth it.

Bodybuilding isnโ€™t just about aesthetics; itโ€™s about preparing yourself for whatever challenges come your way. ๐Ÿ’ช

Big shoutout to .spinach for organizing the team! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

Who knows, I might just find myself at the starting line again.

After all, Iโ€™m always up for a challenge โ˜บ๏ธ.

Bikini season has officially begun! ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿคฉ

The past 9 weeks of grinding have been worth it!

Remember, fat loss is only complicated when you make it complicated!

But you will most certainly have to work for it.

There is no other way.

Stay consistent, focus on nutritious food choices, and prioritize movement that you enjoy.

Just a quick update on my fat loss journey! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Iโ€™m seriously committing to this being my final cut ๐Ÿ˜‚. Once I hit my goal weight, itโ€™s all about maintenance and experimenting with different training styles. Time to mix things up!

Fat loss might seem straightforward, but let me tell you, itโ€™s anything but easy! Sticking to the diet? No problem! But the amount of training required is starting to feel like a chore ๐Ÿ˜ค.

And donโ€™t even get me started on the mood swings ๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿ™†โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚.

A couple of things to keep in mind: just because you finished a bulking phase on higher calories doesnโ€™t mean the cut is a breeze. Nope, same amount of work, if not more!
