Two months ago, I impulsively joined a race with the team, without fully knowing what I was getting into ๐

It turned out to be the , and last weekend, I took on the challenge! ๐คฉ
The day was filled with adrenaline, but the real highlight?:
My mini-me turned coach ๐ง, offering unconventional advice like โMummy, take your top offโ ๐คฃ๐คฃ.
And let me tell you, all those hours in the gym building strength are totally worth it.
Bodybuilding isnโt just about aesthetics; itโs about preparing yourself for whatever challenges come your way. ๐ช

Bikini season has officially begun! ๐๐คฉ
The past 9 weeks of grinding have been worth it!
Remember, fat loss is only complicated when you make it complicated!
But you will most certainly have to work for it.
There is no other way.
Stay consistent, focus on nutritious food choices, and prioritize movement that you enjoy.

Just a quick update on my fat loss journey! ๐
Iโm seriously committing to this being my final cut ๐. Once I hit my goal weight, itโs all about maintenance and experimenting with different training styles. Time to mix things up!
Fat loss might seem straightforward, but let me tell you, itโs anything but easy! Sticking to the diet? No problem! But the amount of training required is starting to feel like a chore ๐ค.
And donโt even get me started on the mood swings ๐ซ ๐โโ๏ธ๐.
A couple of things to keep in mind: just because you finished a bulking phase on higher calories doesnโt mean the cut is a breeze. Nope, same amount of work, if not more!
Only 6 weeks left until my photoshoot! Letโs do this! ๐ฅณ๐๐ป
