IV drips. Infrared saunas. Peptide stacks. Cold plunges.

They’re not useless. But they’re nowhere near as important as those selling them want you to believe.

If your VO2 max is low, your muscles are wasting, your bones are thinning and your body fat is creeping into dangerous places…none of these are going to save you.

The boring stuff is the brave stuff.

Test it. Train it. Tweak it. Forever.

That’s the real long game and it’s exactly what we do inside our Longevity Lab.

We use KORR (VO2 max), VALD (strength, power, grip and bone-loading capacity), Echolight REMS & Bio-Density (bone health) and Styku (3D body composition) on every client, then build a smart, sustainable programme around their data to optimise every pillar that actually matters.

No fluff. No fads. Just the foundations and facts.

Which pillar needs the most work for you right now?

If you want to live a longer, healthier life, improving your VO₂ max is a must!

VO₂ max, the measure of how efficiently your body uses oxygen, is one of the strongest predictors of longevity and overall health.

While Zone 2 training builds your aerobic base, it’s not enough on its own. To truly elevate your VO₂ score, you need targeted high-intensity work that challenges your heart and lungs at the upper limits of their capacity.

One of the most studied and effective methods is the Norwegian 4x4 protocol: four minutes at roughly 80% of your maximum output, followed by three minutes of full recovery, repeated four times.

This isn’t just about hitting a heart rate number, it’s about sustaining near-maximal effort for the right duration to trigger real adaptation.

Research shows that improving your VO₂ max can add years to your life, up to six if you reach elite levels for your age group.

Even moving into the “good” range can add 3–4 years to your lifespan.

VO₂ training is tough, but the payoff is massive. It requires careful pacing, proper recovery, and gradual progression—starting with Zone 2 conditioning before layering in intervals.

Done right, it’s one of the most powerful tools for boosting cardiovascular health, performance, and longevity.

If you’d like to know your VO2 max score, we offer testing using the latest KORR technology, the most accurate and advanced there is, at our Mayfair club.

Most people worry about weight, cholesterol or steps.

But none of those predict how long you’ll actually live as well as VO₂ Max.

VO₂ Max reflects how well your heart, lungs, mitochondria, and metabolism perform under stress.

It’s not about strength. It’s not about aesthetics.

It’s about oxygen efficiency—and it’s one of the strongest predictors of longevity and health-span we have.

Higher VO₂ Max = lower mortality risk.

Every increase matters. Every increase counts.

The best part? This isn’t genetic destiny. VO₂ Max is highly trainable.

Protocols like the Norwegian 4×4 and consistent Zone 2 work can meaningfully improve it in just months—often shifting biological age more than most supplements ever could.

Yes, it’s hard.

Yes, it hurts.

But training VO₂ Max is essentially training to live longer, think clearer, recover faster, and stay resilient as you age.

If you care about longevity, performance, or staying sharp into your 60s, 70s, and beyond…this is the metric to know.

And the one worth working for.

GLP-1s are everywhere right now but here’s what really matters...

Are they being given to the right person, at the right time with the right support in place?

We know they can be misused and abused...resulting in deliver poor long-term outcomes.

And because there’s so much misinformation out there, it can be hard for people to know where they turn and who they can trust.

Which is why we have created our GLP-1 support programme in partnership with the amazing Dr Tony Banerjee and his expert team

Our process covers everything required to ensure our clients achieve success with the medication without taking unnecessary risks with their immediate and long term health.

The programme is driven by:

✅ Thorough medical assessments and testing
✅ Personalisd diet and nutrition plans
✅ A bespoke structured exercise programme
✅ Long-term motivation and lifestyle changes

Without that foundation, it’s too easy for people to stumble.

So at Matt Roberts Evolution, we pride ourselves on making sure that we only ever provide the right treatment, to the right person at the right time….every time!

Everyone is talking about what GLP-1 takes away.

We think it’s time to talk about what it gives you.

The clinical data emerging around Semaglutide goes far beyond weight loss and quite honestly, it is some of the most exciting evidence in longevity medicine right now!

Brain health. Heart health. Metabolism. Kidneys. Inflammation. The research is all pointing in one direction, consistently and repeatedly.

We’ve been here before. Metformin started as a diabetes drug.

Then the data proved it was doing something far more profound...

Directly affecting the biology of ageing itself.

The same pattern is emerging with GLP-1. And the evidence is considerably more impressive.

But the benefits only follow when the medication is part of a properly designed programme.

Expert medical oversight.
Structured training built around the drug protocol.
Precision nutrition to meet the unique needs of the individual.

Without all three working together, you don’t enjoy positive results.

You suffer the negative side effects. Some that actually reduce your longevity potential.

Swipe through to see exactly what the evidence is showing and how we’ve built a programme designed to capture every one of those benefits, safely and sustainably.

Step one — a full consultation with our team covering your suitability, medical background and goals.

Step two — physical testing to establish your baseline data before anything else begins.

Step three — medication prescribed by our medical partners at

Step four — your personalised workout programme and nutrition plan, built specifically around you and the medication.

From there, all three pillars — training, nutrition and medical oversight — run in parallel. With regular check-ins from both teams to monitor progress, adjust the plan and make sure everything is moving in the right direction.

No guesswork.
No shortcuts.
Nothing to figure out on your own!

This is the programme that addresses everything the others miss and our team will work tirelessly to help you get the safest, most sustainable results!

Test Don’t Guess!

In our clubs, when we onboard clients, blood biochemistry is our starting point for every single person to better understand their current health baseline.

Two markers that really stand out in the data are:

Vitamin D: Despite its importance for immunity and hormonal health, we see deficiencies in 80%+ of our intake tests.

HbA1c: This is a vital marker for glycated hemoglobin. It represents the average amount of glucose circulating in the blood over the preceding three months.

HbA1c isn’t just for diagnosing Type 2 diabetes; it’s a window into your cardiometabolic health.

It allows us to see how well-controlled blood sugar levels are and helps us intervene before metabolic dysfunction becomes a chronic issue.

Understanding your numbers is the first step toward true health optimisation. So don’t delay, get your next blood test booked today!

The “new” US food pyramid hasn’t revolutionised a broken system...

It has simply updated one that most never actually followed.

Despite the recent headlines, the core principles in US food recommendations haven’t changed much at all in 30+ years.

Eat fruits and vegetables

Limit added sugars

Moderate calories

Stay active.

The most meaningful update? Greater emphasis on adequate protein intake.

Here’s the truth: rising obesity and metabolic disease weren’t caused by the old Food Pyramid. They happened because people largely ignored it.

The narrative that “the old pyramid made America sick” isn’t supported by evidence. The advice was largely reasonable but the adherence was just poor.

Science progresses. Guidelines improve. But the fundamentals remain:

Eat whole foods and adequate protein

Don’t over consume calories.

Get regular movement.

This ‘new’ advice isn’t a revolution. Simply evolution.

Don’t cut Carbs!!!

Yes you did read that right.

Carbohydrates have been getting a bad rep for some time now, and while it might be true that reducing them generally can help you lose fat and improve your metabolic health, there is more to the story.

Just like a car can’t run on an empty tank, your body needs carbohydrates to perform. So if you’re training hard and consistently, drastically cutting this valuable fuel source can have far reaching repurcussions.

The key is timing and portion control: eat carbs appropriately for the work you’re doing, not in excess, and never cut them out completely. “Fuel for the work required” is the principle to keep in mind.

As we age, especially for women during perimenopause and menopause, lower hormone levels make it harder to maintain muscle, which is vital for ensuring greater health span and longevity!

So you need to give your body every advantage.

You don’t have revolutionise your diet, just make smart tweaks to your nutrition and simply be mindful how much you’re cutting out and make sure to keep your body well fueled.
