TRANSFER TARGET: The signing of Declan Rice would be a huge statement. A club record signing, a player that lots of big teams want, a player who is not surplus to requirements and has no release clause.

We would be attracting a top class player who is easily good enough to play for every top club across Europe. A signing like Rice is a change of the tide and Arsenal would be fully back.

This would arguably be Arsenal's best signing since Sol Campbell back in 2001.
