Today begins our monthly, free of charge, DEEP SLEEP TUESDAYS class offering. On the first Tuesday of each month we will send you a delicious class designed to support at least beginning each month feeling calm and clear.
This will be a recorded class, available to all, and the recording will remain online for 24 hours. So wherever you are in the world, this class is for you.

The benefits of the practice are to be found within the deep feeling of physical sensations being continuously generated by the body. Intimacy with particular sensations includes responding to their significance. Especially by refining movement and action to soften the sensations that reveal the vulnerable presence of the joints. In this way mind learns to understand, support and respect the intelligence of the body. As it does so it learns that it is not alone, but deeply supported by an intelligence more stable and reliable than its own.
