Koozies are back in stock in all colorways!
We’ve been cranking out a bunch of these lately, and thanks to so many of you out there, we are working through our scrap bins at a solid pace 💨
Grab one to keep your can 🥶 in this summer heat 🔥
We made a little video showing you how we took all the fabric odds and ends we’ve accumulated over the years, and turned them into koozies!
We had years of fancy scraps that were just too good to throw out, so we got to work figuring out what to make with them. After tons of prototyping, we finally dialed in a koozie we were stoked to use and put out in the world.
It’ll keep your can nice and cold + it’s got a bunch of bonus features like attachment points, a webbing handle, and even folds nice and flat to slide in a pocket or bag super easily.
👀 the full video on YouTube to see how we make ours and diy one for yourself, or just order one of ours. Either way, you can turn trash into something useful 🪄

The Koozie origin lore ✨
Over the last 5 years or so, a growing pile of scraps was slowly taking over our studio, ~100 yards of random bits of fabric 😳
These were smaller remnants and the ends of large rolls, that were too small to use in our normal production cutting process.
It would have been a huge waste to throw it all out, so we got to puzzling designs onto the off-cuts and turned all that fabric into something cute, useful, and fun!
True to OS principles, we couldn’t just make a normal one. Ours folds flat cleanly, features a hand-hugging webbing handle, and has handy attachment points for a carabiner or Nano Voilé strap.
Fabric’s on us for these — you’re just covering parts and labor. Thanks for helping us clean up the mess!
Seems like Manuel Barra rides to LA every other week now 😵💫
Doing it a little different this time tho. Going fast and light with our Half Framebag and Rolltop Saddlebag packed with fuel and tubes on a Quick Pro US Zeit from Lux Bicycle Shop🇲🇺. Let’s see if he can do it in one shot!
He’s also raising some funds for men’s mental health so give him a follow for more info.

If you’re looking for something that transitions seamlessly from on-bike to off, it’s tough to beat our Magic Tote and Magic Musette 🪄
Both are made with incredibly lightweight and super strong recycled Ultragrid fabric from Challenge Sailcloth, have adjustable stabilizer straps, and pack down into their interior pockets when not in use.
The Magic Tote ups the capacity to 10.4L, adds huge external pockets, a stylish climbing rope main strap, and a sweet little stretch pocket for the stabilizer strap so it’s not dangling when you’re on foot.
Thanks to Dismount Bike Shop for these photos. Give them a visit next time you’re in Toronto!
