Complexes errrry day! (Well most days). Game changer.. for torching fat, preserving muscle and not losing your mind on the treadmill. There are complexes out there for all levels of ability.. you don’t need to go heavy. Look em up! This is deadlift, rdl, bentover row, upright row, clean, front squat, overhead press, good morning, back squat... then reverse it. Never take your hands off the bar.. Do it till you drop..! 🔥.
