Summer can be such a lovely time of expansion, spontaneity and doing things a little differently. But as August comes to an end, there can also be a feeling of needing to gather ourselves back in.
So this workshop is an invitation to land, ground and come back together after summer, before the pace of September begins.
We’ll explore practices to help you:
🌿 feel strong grounded and sense of ease.
🌿 to settle and regulate after the busyness or intensity of summer
🌿 reconnect with yourself through deep inner listening
🌿 create a sense of steadiness as routines begin to return
🌿 gently set the tone for the season ahead
Through yoga, somatic practices, breath, sound and deep rest, we’ll create a little space to pause, take stock and arrive exactly where we are.
I’m offering these workshops monthly as a supportive resource, especially for those of you who can’t always make weekly classes but would still love a regular anchor and a practice to help sustain you.
You don’t need any experience with yoga or somatics. Just come as you are.

This was a lovely little project. The brief was to make some worry beads for Mousey
She made this perfect sketch so I got a clear idea of what she wanted.
Emilia told me she wanted varying shades of green jade, and after a few messages and a little play around we agreed on this layout and with red thread.
I’m so happy with how it came out! But most importantly Emilia was happy …
I popped a little heart chakra affirmation card to go with her Jade worry beads.

New Mala catching some sun !!
It’s been a while since I made a Mala with a gemstone pendant instead of a tassel.
Sometimes I just have to make a Mala… I’m not sure why and often it’s when I should be doing something else but I am drawn to my desk.
Possibly it’s the soothing quality of being busy with my hands, choosing each stone and focusing completely on the task in front of me. Maybe it’s the energy of the gemstones drawing me in.
This one is full of the most beautiful mix of yellows, greens, blues and soft pinks 💛💚💙🌸 and the deep earthy red Jasper to keep it grounded.
Light Yellow Jade and Dark Yellow Jade bring warmth, optimism and a feeling of steady confidence.
Chinese Rhodonite feels soft and grounding, with that lovely reminder to meet yourself with a bit more compassion.
Lepidolite brings a quieter energy, helping to soften busy thoughts and create a little space to breathe.
Amazonite has that beautiful watery quality, connected with truth, communication and finding your own voice.
Blue Aventurine brings calm and clarity, while Green Aventurine carries that feeling of growth, possibility and moving gently forwards.
And then there is the final ingredient…
A chunky Rose Quartz point. 🌸
Because love is always the secret ingredient.

Yesterday I held a Yoga, Somatics and Sound workshop for 5 beautiful souls… for overwhelming times 🤍
This work is something I feel so deeply about. Creating spaces where we can soften, listen, and gently come back to ourselves feels more important than ever.
