This week marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for me as a space holder and bodyworker.
After 9 years of teaching yoga, I’m now stepping into creating my own classes—offering me the freedom to weave together my passion for movement, breathwork, and sound into something truly unique and meaningful.
Over the next five weeks, I’ll be facilitating Somatics and Sound sessions at The Laboratory in Muswell Hill. I would love for you to join me in this new offering.

What To Expect

Spring is most definitely in the air, and this offering invites you to spring clean your fascia and nervous system.
Each week will focus on a different Yin organ, supporting you in releasing anything that feels stuck or blocked—creating space for new life and energy to flow once again.

You’re welcome to join for the full 4-week journey or drop in to individual sessions as it suits you.

Each class will begin with a meditation to set your intention, followed by gentle somatic movement and passively held postures designed to target the meridian lines associated with each organ. This prepares the body for the breathwork segment, where I will also offer optional de-armouring (therapeutic touch) to areas where the breath may feel restricted.

We will close with a sound bath, giving your nervous system time to integrate and process the energetic shifts before gently completing the practice.

The Laboratory also has its own café and private garden, so I highly recommend allowing yourself some extra time to connect with nature before moving into the rest of your day.

Are you familiar with body de-armouring?

De-armouring is a potent body work modality that helps to release held trauma and emotional and energetic blocks.

When emotions are repressed and not discharged, built up armours form in the body. Armours or defences build up due to stresses of everyday life, shock, trauma and negative thought patterns.

I apply touch to gently allow the body to let go of unwanted, repressed emotions.

I am hosting a small group Somatic De-armouring and Sound Healing event on Monday 14th April at House of Moon studio in Archway from 11am - 1pm.
