High protein meal! ๐
THE INGREDIENTS:
๐180g Egg Noodles Cooked in
Unsalted Water
๐2.4g Onion, White, Yellow or
Red, Raw
๐Pepper, Sweet, Red, Raw
๐5.3g Soy Sauce
๐4.5g Sesame Oil
๐15ml Squid Brand, Fish Sauce
๐2g Spring Onions,
๐100g Raw Fish Salmon
๐100ml Kikkoman, Marinade, Teriyaki
THE METHOD:
1. Cook noodles and set aside.
2. Marinate salmon in half of the teriyaki and bake at 190 degrees for 12 minutes.
3. Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, rest of teriyaki, sesame oil and toss
into cooked noodles.
4. Top noodles with salmon and sliced onion peppers and spring
onions.

There are a few ways you can practice being courageous:
๐Take small steps outside of your comfort zone: Doing things that make you a little bit uncomfortable can help you build up your courage muscles.
๐ซPractice self-compassion: It's hard to be brave when you're beating yourself up. Practice being kind to yourself, and remind yourself that it's okay to be afraid.
๐คSeek support: It's okay to ask for help or support when you need it. Surrounding yourself with a supportive network of friends and loved ones can make it easier to be courageous.
๐Find inspiration: Look to people who have faced challenges and come out on top for inspiration. Their stories can remind you that you are stronger than you think.
๐Remember that failure is a part of the process: It's okay to fail. In fact, it's often through failure that we learn and grow the most. Don't let fear of failure hold you back.
