To the one's who 'Hold it all together' An invitation to rest.
A one-day retreat for Black women who are ready to rest, properly, and be held by 3 women who've spent years doing this work.
This day was birthed by an organic connection and meeting The Founders Dinner
In London, followed by the walk home to the tube station with Lillian Ogbogoh and Dr Yvette Ankrah MBE where we just knew we had to collaborate with our expertise and skills.
What if, for one whole day, you didn’t have to hold it all together?
This is for you if;
⚡️You're the one who holds it all together, at work and at home, and no one has thought to ask what holding it costs you.
⚡️You've built something real, and from the outside it looks like it's working. You're tired of being the only one who knows what it takes.
⚡️You want rest that isn't a different kind of performance, and isn't followed by guilt the moment it ends.
⚡️You're ready to be in a room of women who understand exactly what you've been carrying, without having to explain it first.
Come and put it down.
On Sunday 11th October, 3 women with decades of experience in nervous system work, embodiment, leadership and transformation are creating an intimate space for Black women to rest properly, reconnect with themselves and be held.
Leave feeling closer to yourself than when you arrived
No performing.
No fixing.
No more “self-care” that feels like another thing on your to-do list.
Just space to soften, breathe, feel, connect and remember what it feels like to be supported.
