Just doing the movement your about to perform with light load or bodyweight is more than enough. β

There is a time and place to do certain drills for warm up's but the fundemental movements (squat, push, hip hinge etc) don't. βοΈ

Introducing the Monkey Feet! π£
We noticed our Open Gym area was missing some isolation for legs. We now have the Monkey Feet where you can do most leg isolated exercises such as: Leg curls, Leg extensions, abductions, adductions, marches & much more.
A video will follow on to this post demonstrating some exercises you can perform to get those leg drumsticks π

We have a fully equipped Open Gym area for our members to use to hit those big lifts or a place for low intensity work like mobility.
