We did it 💪🔥
Finished our first GymRace London together in 1:09 (+5 min penalty 😅) and honestly… what an experience.
With only 4 weeks to prepare, we’re pretty proud of that 🥹💪
Tough, sweaty, challenging - but such a great atmosphere and even better doing it side by side 🥰
From sled pushes to wall balls to that final sprint…
we kept going ❤️🔥
Not perfect, but we showed up, pushed through and finished strong 💪
Now the question is…
should we do it again or try HYROX next? 👀🔥

Happy International Women’s Day ✨
Yesterday I had the pleasure of celebrating
with some of the amazing women I train with
- women who show up,
work hard and support each other every step of the way.
One of the most beautiful things about fitness is the community we’ve created…
