Once again, the Base 13 community will be taking on the Pretty Muddy 5K, a fun, muddy obstacle course open to all fitness levels, all while raising money for an incredible cause.

In case you missed the last one, we're hosting another Olympic Weightlifting Seminar.
If youโve ever wanted to learn the Sn**ch and Clean & Jerk but didnโt know where to begin, this is for you.
Led by Coach Vanessa, youโll be guided through the fundamentals so you can move safely, lift with intent, and feel ready to join our Olympic Weightlifting classes.

Get ready to test your engine. We are officially hosting the R.A.Dยฎ () Acid Athletics event again, and we want our whole community there to smash it and cheer each other on.

Join and and take on a full solo race simulation using competition-standard equipment, with coaches on hand throughout to provide guidance, cues, and support as you move through the workout.
