Bauwerk Imagined.
Still is a light neutral. A modern tone suited to both internal and external walls. It has very low texture, depending on the surface and light, giving a more even, settled finish.
Lighter version is Tranquil. Darker version is Balance.

Returning to .project by Rama Architects.
A renovation of a 1960s bungalow on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, designed for fashion photographer , his wife and their three young children.
“We wanted to create a home that was impressive to look at but felt homely to be in.”
They’ve used one of our favourite natural finishes here, a light bagged render over brick, followed by two coats of limewash in colour Still. A simple and effective way to achieve a soft, natural finish on brick walls.

Salt by Caza is a creative studio and our Canadian agent, grounded in Mediterranean living, with simple forms, natural finishes and a restrained palette. You can see that in the way this space is built and styled, everything feels considered but easy.
Bone fits naturally into that way of working. A balanced neutral that is one of most popular and the perfect choice if you can’t decide what neutral to chose.

Colour Calm at .
Our stockist agent in Spain, showing how this colour sits so naturally within a space like this.
Calm is a soft, warm-based neutral. A modern beige made with a blend of umber and ochres, giving it a gentle depth without feeling heavy.

Interior designer Lauren Piscione of LP Creative reimagined this New York apartment in close collaboration with homeowner Danielle Bernstein, the founder of fashion brand . Together they looked to the Japanese philosophy of Wabi-sabi, embracing natural materials, quiet tones and the beauty found in subtle imperfection.
Walls finished in breathable limewash wrap the space in warmth. The colour Wheat moves gently with the light, settling into the architecture and earthen textures that define the home.

Every Bauwerk colour begins with natural pigment, selected for its depth rather than uniformity.
We choose pigments carefully, guided by what feels grounded in nature, rather than chasing intensity or artificial saturation.
We shape our colours slowly and by hand, guided by experience and how pigment behaves once it reaches the wall. Limewash softens the light, allowing gentle variation and a quiet glow to emerge as the day unfolds.

This bathroom is part of our home in Germany, finished in Salve. A new colour we created because nothing in our range felt quite right for this space.
I wanted a tone that could feel green in some light and warmer in others. A nuanced colour that moves all day, refracting softly across the vaulted ceiling and settling into the curves of the room.
Something calm but not flat. Something that could hold the space like a balm.
The room itself is a mix of eras.
Red and black marble sinks from , an old Baroque mirror, Industrial windows, Modern lighting, pieces, Bottles by
All sitting against polished concrete floors and wrapped entirely in Salve.
It is not a bathroom we use every day.
It is a place we retreat to.
