My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner…
No one told me to get my s**t together
I’ve made all the mistakes and did it the hard way
But now that means the women I coach don’t have too
If you’re sick of making them too then all it takes is sending that first message…

If you had of told me back then that I would be sat here making this post
I would have been the first to laugh and ask if you’ve lost your head
But now here we are…
I still go out and have fun
I still have drinks and eat out with the people I love
Eat chocolate most days and enjoy a few glasses of wine each week
So what’s changed?
I asked for help where I needed it
I took control of the mess and found out week days are worth living for too.
Realised it isn’t normal to wake up every day just to pull yourself apart and dread the day ahead
That working on yourself doesn’t mean giving up everything and actually makes you feel good!
Way more than any amounts of cake or drinks can do
Of course it wasn’t easy
The road getting there might well be bumpy
But the one I was on and if you’re reading this still
The one you’re probably on right now…
That one is way worse

One of the most common training myths out there
Yes of course, if fat loss is your goal there’s no way you’re getting there without being in a calorie deficit
But when it comes to making sure your training is supporting it…
This is where so many trip up
❌ Smashing cardio
❌Doing loads of reps with weights you find easy to lift
They are two of the biggest mistakes I see people making when it comes to workouts

☑️Intensity
☑️Good form
☑️Control
☑️ Consistency

CALORIE DEFICIT 🫶🏻
You can train your ass off but without having the right nutrition in place you’re not gonna see much change in the mirror
And if you’re happy with that then keep doing your thing
But if you’re not?
It doesn’t need to be as boring and complicated as all these gimmicks make out that you’ve been buying into
Trust me… there was a time that I bought in to them too 🫣
