The philosophy of HiBody is to get your body looking balanced, powerful and athletic. The most effective way of doing this is by performing exercises that stimulate muscles in ways they are designed to be used in real life. This means more effective muscle stimulation, which means bigger results. This type of training is sometimes referred to as functional training.
