Barbell back squats
2 X warm up sets
3 X working weight 5 reps
Super Set
Box Jumps
3 x 10 reps
Barbell reverse lunges
6/8 x 3 each leg
Pistol squats
3 sets till failure on each leg 🥵
Leg extensions ( not filmed )
3 x 10/12 reps
