A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of spending a few days with Invoyage in Rabat, hosted in partnership with Access Morocco ✨️

We stayed at the beautiful Four Seasons and spent two full days in meetings with hotel partners and DMCs, as well as enjoying amazing dinners and tours of the area!

Its such an honour getting to be a part of experiences like this ❤️

A few weeks ago some of our team had the pleasure of spending a fabulous evening networking with hoteliers and suppliers at The Bloomsbury Hotel!

We even got the chance to be on the receiving end of a competition, with two colleagues winning hotel stays at The Marylebone in London and The Croke Park Hotel in Dublin ✨️

Last week we gathered for the incredible Making Moments Matter event at the beautiful 12th Knot Sea Containers!

Our speakers provided us with great insight around loyalty and partnerships. Keep an eye out for future Making Moments Matter events, as they’re not one to miss!

We were lucky to attend the red carpet premiere of Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning 🎬 in London last Thursday — an unforgettable evening celebrating one of cinema’s most iconic action franchises.

From grabbing a photo with a replica of the biplane, to seeing Tom Cruise in person (check pic 3 😮), it was a truly memorable night! 

The film delivers exactly what you’d want and expect — epic action made for the big screen. It’s a powerful reminder of why the cinema experience still matters: for the scale, the energy, and the thrill of sharing it with a full audience.

This years summer party was an absolute hit, getting Element team members together for a delicious lunch in the sun ☀️ Not pictured is some late night karaoke that many of the team will never forget!

We’re already looking for the next excuse to get everyone together! 🥂

Happy 1st anniversary to two amazing employees here at Element, Liv and Roz! We asked them a few questions about their experience in their first year:

Your fav Element memories:

Roz: Our work trip to Marrakesh – it was my first time to Morocco, and also my very first getaway with the company! I loved every moment, from the sunshine to the delicious food, to the great company of course, and the amazing activities arranged by our social committee.

Liv: Being thrown straight into the fun in my first few months- travelling to Cinque Terre and Granada to chaperone set-date Disney/Visa trips for Luca and Wish with groups of Latin American winners - I got to use my Spanish skills translating on-site whilst joining in on the jam-packed itineraries. Stargazing in Granada and seeing Saturn while we sat and ate paella was a once in a lifetime experience for sure!

What have you learnt over the year

Roz: My geography (my worst subject at school!) has massively improved. I have learnt about so much about the world and created prize packages in locations that I had never even heard of before, such as the Faroe Islands! My travel bucket list has grown considerably! I have developed a bank of very niche weird and wonderful knowledge of different activities, from dog-friendly boat rides in Florida, to where to find the best dinosaur footprints in the world, and the world’s longest and fastest ziplines, and much more! This job truly allows me to explore the world in ways I never imagined!

Liv: Developing my French and Spanish skills by communicating with winners from all over the world has been an amazing perk of the job!

Why do you love working at element?

Roz: I get to put my creativity and writing skills to good use, whilst working on exciting movie and series releases!
The people are wonderful, it really feels like a tight knit family. Everyone is so friendly, supportive, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

Liv: Mainly the team- have such a close team of lovely people which means coming to work is never a chore!

Great to have Amelia back in the office after her flying visit to New Zealand accompanying prize winners on an exclusive Weta experience. We're so thrilled to hear that they had such an amazing time, the biggest thank you to all involved! 😃

This week we’re bidding farewell to these two beautiful mummy’s-to-be. Both due only a few days apart from each other. As you can imagine, the bets are in! We wish them all the best in this exciting new chapter and can’t wait to meet their little ones when they arrive ♥️♥️
