SYDNEY MARATHON 2026

Second Marathon in August (3 weeks).
Came to see my best friend and her hubby,

Really hilly but a good downhill finish. My legs were toast by then, but the weather was great.

MEDAL MONDAY!

Time to enjoy the lying down. 2 servings of jollof rice and some noodles later.

Got a tiny 1 mile shake out run in this evening (very cool this evening).

So, I look blue! Zinc oxide (nano) and titanium dioxide (nano) with niacinamide and Vitamin D.

It's just a bit too blue. I filmed again at the end to show final look.
