The amount of sunscream to apply is 3 finger lengths for face, neck AND backs of hands! These areas are out all year.

For darker skin tones, to fade hyperpigmentation, we need to look for sunscreens which also protect against visible light (room lighting) as that can make melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation more prominent.

Any creams with retinol in them should be worn at night as they thin the top layer of your skin (epidermis) and that can cause sunburn or darkening in the sun.

This has 11.1% zinc but has a light finish!

Heavy weight coming in at 24% Zinc oxide. I
The reps and the bottle promised it works across all skin tones.

It does not.

The problem with such high Zinc oxide content is folks won't wear enough of the sun cream and end up with much much lower protection levels like SPF 2!

This won't do....

So grateful for the opportunity to run another yesterday. A longer day than I wanted but with 66,000 new friends on the course. 🤩

More showers please. And the ice was a great addition!

Colour me pleased. The skin match was just like at the stand. The tinted is the way to go for Zinc oxide content of 9.0%!

Sticky and thick on application and it does leave a cast.

Feels very thick on my face. Hope it won't break me out.

Chemical sunscreen formulas work! And no ghosts were made in this one!

It feels light and hydrating. Like it says on the tin!

Was hoping the tinted version would be more blended in.

It is very creamy and smooth on application. It has 20% zinc oxide and well, you can see it!

Not the first I would reach for, for my skin tone anyway.

MINI-SERIES TIZO ULTRA ZINC NON-TINTED SPF 40!

This is so full of zinc oxide at 20% content!
I'm guessing the tinted version may hide it better - we'll see that soon, I guess.

It does sink in a bit more than first application but the bluey-white tint means some folks may not apply enough of the sunscreen - which drastically reduces the protection and cover they promise.
