I’d like to share that there will be two services for Warren, the first will be in South Africa on the 25th of October at 10:00.

The venue is as follows:

Monument Park High school

40 Dan King road, Windsor Estate

Kraaifontein

Cape Town

7570

For those attending the service in South Africa, please take a moment to write down a memory of Warren and bring it to the service. All the stories will be put in a book for the children to keep the memory of their dad alive forever 🙏

Please share this message to anyone you know who might be attending the service.

There will also be a memorial service in England, date and venue to be announced soon.

Thank you for your continued support at this time ❤️

Head of Rugby at Harrow School and Russel Earnshaw are leading a fundraiser for Warrens family, all proceeds will be kindly donated to Warrens wife and children ❤️

"Warren Abrahams, a husband, Dad, brother, son, uncle, and friend, passed unexpectedly on Friday 10th October whilst on tour doing what he loved - coaching - in Kenya.

We’ve lost someone truly special - a brilliant mind, a fierce believer in others, and a man who gave endlessly of himself to anyone and everyone that ever asked of him. Whether on or off the field, or in quiet moments of guidance or with Hannah, his children or his loving family, he lifted us, inspired us, and made us all better everyday - not just as coaches, players or students, but as people.

Warren was the kind of coach who never gave up on anyone. The kind of mentor who made you believe you could do more than you ever thought possible. The kind of person whose positivity was contagious - even on the hardest days - and was always there for you.

His passing leads to our time for us to give back and repay our debt to a brilliant man in whatever we can to help support Hannah and the family in these toughest of times.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Hannah, and amazing children in Georgia and Sebastian and, of course, a legacy of kindness, wisdom, and strength that lives on in each of us who had the privilege of knowing him. We feel so grateful to have had him in our lives.

This fundraiser is our chance to support the family he loved so deeply, and to show them just how many lives he touched. Whether you were coached by him, mentored by him, or simply uplifted by his energy and his constant positivity, your contribution, big or small, is a tribute to everything he stood for and will help the family hugely.

Let’s come together as a community of friends, family, rugby players, coaches and all others to repay even a fraction of what Warren gave us — with love, gratitude, and action.

All proceeds will go directly to Hannah and the family.

Please do reach out directly to either myself (James Melville) or Russell Earnshaw with any questions."

I am truly heartbroken to have to announce that Warren passed unexpectedly on Friday 10th October whilst on tour for the safari sevens tournament in Kenya.

He was my best friend, my soul mate, a beloved son, brother, uncle and Daddy to our two little ones and the greatest person I have ever known. Warren was passionate about three things in his life, family, rugby and helping others work towards achieving greatness. Nothing filled him with more joy and more pride. It has become more and more clear since arriving in Nairobi the impact he has had on so many different players and coaches from all over the world which is all he really wanted, to make even the smallest positive difference.

He told me once that in his short time in this world he wanted to really make it count, not waste any opportunity and make an impact by encouraging a different way of thinking and helping players and fellow coaches achieve the success that you are all capable of. Even a tiny difference would truly make him immensely proud.

I am now putting into action one of his favourite quotes which I hope will carry me through the hard times ahead

“ It is in the face of adversity that we find our greatness strength “

Thank you for sharing your precious life with us, it is all the more richer for it.

Till we meet again, I love you ❤️
