Discipline > Motivation
You have to learn to be disciplined over motivated because you will not always be motivated. Most people put excuses in the way of achieving their goal..
‘I don’t have the time’
‘I’m just too tired after work’
‘I can’t get up earlier’
‘I can’t stick to healthier diet’
‘I have to have/do x y and z before I start’
… honestly, you’re not going to achieve your goals it’s as simple as that. If this if you^ you need to look yourself in the mirror and just be honest with yourself, you don’t want it bad enough, if you did there would be no excuse. If you want something you make it happen and it’d the same with your physique, if you want to lose weight, tone up, build muscle, improve your stamina, eat healthier.. you have to make it happen. No one else can give you the results, YOU have to learn to be disciplined.

I will be completely and utterly honest- there is no quick fix for a weight loss goal but there is a quick fix to a healthier lifestyle and in turn that will help you achieve your weight loss goal. You have to stay healthy and eat complete nutritous foods, drink enough water and workout and increase your step count. Use your food as a fuel source for your body!
Be creative and make nutritious and vitamin rich healthy meals to give you all the necessary ingrediants you need for your body! It’s so important to eat well and eat nutritious and healthy meals so your body can function to the best of its ability, especially if you’re an athlete or someone who does a lot of exercise- you will need to eat more to sustain optimal energy levels!
