Helping mums rebuild self-belief & identity after burnout, breakups & big life changes šŸ¦‹

21/04/2026

when you’ve been through something hard…
whether it’s trauma, stress, burnout, or just a really overwhelming season of life…

your nervous system isn’t in a place to ā€œgo all inā€.

And that’s where most women get stuck.

You try to diet.
You try to get back into the gym.
You try to be consistent…

…but everything feels too hard.

So you give up altogether and feel like a failure 🄺

What most people don’t realise is that there’s a phase BEFORE the glow up… šŸ‘€āœØ

A phase where you:
– regulate your nervous system
– start to trust yourself again
– slowly ease back into movement
– stop forcing and start supporting your body

And then… you GO FOR IT šŸ”„

If you need help with this…
I’m currently offering 33% off coaching to celebrate my 33rd birthday! šŸŽ

If you’re struggling to balance the gym, healthy meals, kids, wine with the girls and a clean home… this is for you šŸ«¶šŸ½

As a single mum of 2 in my 30s, I don’t have time for 5 workouts a week.

I don’t even have time for 3 🄲

But I still want to feel strong, confident, energised…
and enjoy my life ✨

The all-or-nothing approach is so 2020 and it just doesn’t work.

The good news is… It doesn’t have to. 😌

You just need a plan that fits your life, not takes over it šŸ™ŒšŸ½

One that focuses on the main things that really gets results and let’s go of the things that just add more to your plate.

I have a confession to make…

(watch to the end to see Romeo being hilarious šŸ˜‚)

For a long time after my son was born, I acted from fear of judgement rather than trusting myself to do what was best for me and what I’m most good at.

I didn’t take on any new fitness clients for a while…

I told myself I didn’t want to be in the fitness industry anymore…
but the truth was… I wasn’t ready to face the pressure of looking like a fitness coach 🫠

I had a whole year away from the gym.
My body changed after having my second baby.
I was dealing with an injury.
And I was stuck in survival mode.

I felt like coaching others when I wasn’t training or meal prepping was hypocritical.

Until I realised… this is EXACTLY why I should be coaching šŸ‘€

Because I know there are other women out there, like me, juggling mum life or going through something challenging…

And we need a slightly different approach šŸ¤

When you’ve been through something hard…
your nervous system isn’t in a place to ā€œgo all inā€.

And that’s where most women get stuck.

You try to diet.
You try to get back into the gym.
You try to be consistent…

…but everything feels too hard.

So you give up and feel like a failure 🄺

What most people don’t realise is that there’s a phase BEFORE the glow up… šŸ‘€āœØ

A phase where you:
– regulate your nervous system
– start to trust yourself again
– slowly ease back into movement
– stop forcing and start supporting your body

And then… you GO FOR IT šŸ”„

That’s what I’m doing now.

And it’s sooo much easier to stay consistent (even with my chaotic life), not beat myself up on ā€œoffā€ days, and actually train hard… because I laid the foundations first šŸ™ŒšŸ½

As a mum of 2 in my mid-thirties 🫣 life looks different now.

I don’t have time to workout 5 days a week but I still want to feel strong.
Confident.
Energised.
Whilst enjoying my life ✨

If that’s what you want too… I can help you šŸ¤

Before & after photos don’t tell the full story…

They don’t show the confidence, the mindset shifts, or how someone actually feels in their body.

That’s what I focus on šŸ«¶šŸ½

If you want results that last, message me ā€œCOACHINGā€ and let’s chat šŸ¤Ž

If the gym feels intimidating… this is for you šŸ‘€

Comment or message ā€œSTARTā€ and I’ll send you the details šŸ¤

I know you’d love to be one of those women who ooze confidence… inside the gym and out.

But right now… it feels like that could never be you.

That’s not true, but it can feel that way when no one’s ever shown you how to train in a way that actually feels simple, safe, and gets results.

Most of the women I speak to are:
• unsure what exercises to do
• second guessing their form
• doing random workouts with no real progress
• or avoiding the gym altogether because it feels too intimidating

And when you’re already busy, overwhelmed, or a mum…
it’s so easy to keep putting it off 🄓

But honestly…

In just 12 weeks… it’ll be summer šŸ˜…
The best time to start was months ago
The second best time is now ā³

That’s exactly why I created this.

A simple, structured way to help you:
āœ” feel confident in the gym
āœ” know exactly what you’re doing
āœ” build strength and actually start seeing results

without spending hours there or cutting out your favourite foods šŸ„‚

I’m opening a small number of 1:1 personal training spaces this month.

This includes:
• weekly PT sessions
• a custom training programme
• simple, realistic nutrition plan
• app access + ongoing support

šŸ’ø From Ā£160/month

šŸ“ Burgess Hill

If you want one of the spaces, comment or message ā€œSTARTā€ and I’ll send you the details šŸ¤

Comment CONSISTENCY and I’ll send you my method for free šŸ¤

If I had to start from scratch with my fitness…

I wouldn’t rely on motivation
I wouldn’t try to go all in on day one
And I definitely wouldn’t keep changing my plan every week or two 🄓

You gotta know by now that the problem isn’t discipline or motivation.

It’s trying to become a completely different person overnight šŸ˜…

Real consistency comes from:

āœ” Regulating your nervous system
āœ” Simplifying your approach
āœ” And becoming the woman who actually follows through

That’s exactly what I break down inside the Consistency Method.

Comment CONSISTENCY and I’ll send it to you šŸ¤

It didn’t feel like the right choice when I moved out at 8 months pregnant.

It didn’t feel like the right choice when I walked into the police station and told them everything.

It didn’t feel like the right choice when I had to start over… again.

Making the right choice doesn’t always feel like it at the time.

Sometimes it feels like your world is ending…
or even like a literal death 🄲

Especially if you’ve spent years putting other people’s needs before your own.

But the truth is…

The right choices don’t always feel safe.
They often feel unfamiliar.

And unfamiliar feels terrifying when you’re used to settling.

But the best thing about endings is new beginnings.

The best thing about ā€œlosing yourselfā€ is the version of you that you get to rebuild ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„

Rebuild your confidence.
Rebuild your life.
Rebuild yourself mentally and physically.

If you’re in a season of making hard decisions, rebuilding or starting over…you’re not alone šŸ¤

šŸ‘‰šŸ½ Follow for your physical, mental & emotional glow up šŸ¦‹

Struggling with confidence? Here’s how I rebuilt mine in just a few months…

[Save this post to come back to when you’re lacking self confidence]

🧠 I regulated my nervous system first
Trauma keeps you stuck in survival mode, where everything feels like a threat. I had to feel safe again before I could grow.

🚧 I set boundaries that protected my peace
This felt so uncomfortable at first. After years of having my boundaries ignored, putting myself first felt unnatural… but it was necessary.

šŸ“ˆ I raised my standards for my life
I decided I would never again tolerate being mistreated, by anyone, including myself. Self care stopped being optional.

šŸ‹šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø I got back into fitness
After having a baby and moving house 3 times in a year, the gym felt impossible. But I started small and used it as a way to rebuild trust with myself by keeping the promises I made.

šŸ½ļø I became intentional about what I consume, mentally and physically.
I unfollowed anything that didn’t feel good and reconnected with nourishing my body through simple, wholesome meals.

✨ Most importantly… I shifted my identity
I decided who I wanted to be and stopped letting my circumstances define me. I worked through the limiting beliefs I had picked up and started visualising the life I actually want to create.

Here’s the tea ā˜•ļøšŸ‘‡šŸ½

So many women spend years doubting themselves, shrinking themselves, or thinking they’ll magically feel more confident when they’ve changed their appearance.

But confidence isn’t something that just happens.
It’s something you build.

And I’ve created a system that helps you rebuild your body, your mindset, and your self belief so you can glow up physically, mentally, and emotionally ✨

Because creating a life you’re proud of starts with becoming the woman you’re proud to be šŸ¤

Comment ā€œGLOW UPā€ and I’ll send you the details šŸ’¬

If you struggle to put your needs first, it might not be a confidence problem.

For a lot of people, the real issue is that somewhere along the way they learned that choosing themselves led to punishment.

Maybe when you spoke up for yourself you were criticised.
Maybe love or approval was withdrawn.
Maybe you were made to feel selfish or dramatic.

So your brain learned that staying quiet and keeping the peace was safer.

That’s why setting boundaries can feel so uncomfortable, even when you know it’s the right thing to do…

But rebuilding self-trust often starts with choosing yourself.

Saying no without over-explaining.
Being honest about what you want.
Allowing someone to be disappointed.

You’re allowed to take up space in your own life.

Is this something you struggle with? Let me know šŸ‘‡šŸ½
