Reasons to follow or unfollow me 💅🏽

Can you relate to any? 👀

Just a day in my life with my feral child 🤣

He even coughed everywhere for good measure 🥲

I haven’t bought gym clothes for years as I used to have so many gymwear partnerships I didn’t have to!

But I treated myself to some bits from this week and they did not disappoint! 😍

Did you know, was actually the first ambassador programme I was part of? 😍

But I lost the contract when my mum passed away and I couldn’t keep up with the content demands 🥺

Maybe if this post gets enough engagement they will consider having me again? 👀🤞🏽

What if you’re not supposed to just eat less calories? 👀

What if you should actually be trying to eat as many calories as possible? 🧐

Sounds good, right?

But HOW 🤪

I will be sharing more with you over the next few weeks so make sure you follow to find out 🤎

Everyone seems to think losing weight is 100x harder when you get older…

But I don’t think your 30s are the problem 👀

I think your 20s are.

You probably spent your 20s following crash diets, living on 1200 calories, doing endless cardio and chasing a lower number on the scale.

I know because… SAME 😅

And whilst those approaches might he’ll you lose weight in the short term, they can actually make it harder long term 😬

If you want to learn more about what works for weight loss when you’re 30+ … follow 🤎

You don’t actually need to workout 5 times a week to transform your body…

One of the biggest misconceptions in fitness is that more exercise = better results.

But for most of us busy women...
That’s just not realistic.
Or necessary 🤷🏽‍♀️

Most of my clients train just 2–3 times a week.

The difference is what they DO during those sessions.

Instead of chasing the biggest calorie burn, we focus on getting the biggest return from the
time they have.

✔ Building strength.
✔ Improving body composition.
✔ Supporting their metabolism.
✔ Creating a body that’s easier to maintain.

It’s one of the key principles behind what I call The Lasting Results Method™

I don’t believe you need to do more.
I believe you need to do what matters most.

Over the next couple of weeks I’ll be sharing more about The Lasting Results Method and why it’s
helped so many busy women stay consistent and get results so they can finally stop starting over every Monday.

The biggest weight loss mistake almost every mum makes...

Is trying to follow a plan that doesn’t fit real life 🤪

How many times have you told yourself...
➡ “I’ll start again on Monday.”
➡ “I’ll get back on track after the school holidays.”
➡ “Once things calm down...”

👀

Let’s be real.
Life isn’t going to calm down. 😂

There will always be birthdays.
School holidays.
Busy weeks at work.
Children getting ill.
Unexpected plans.

If your weight loss plan only works when life is quiet...
It’s probably the wrong plan. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I don’t coach women to build their life around fat loss.

I coach them to make progress whilst enjoying their life.

That’s how you get results that actually last. 🤝

With the summer holidays starting, I’m going to be sharing realistic fitness and nutrition advice that fits around family life, so you don’t have to choose between making memories and making progress. ☀🤍

Woman to woman... Slimming World isn’t the answer. 🫣

Now before anyone comes for me... 😅

Can it help people lose weight? Absolutely. I just don’t think it’s the best way to get results that actually last. 👀

The accountability is great, the community is supportive and for many women it’s a fantastic place to start…

But in my opinion, it encourages women to focus on following a plan rather than understanding the principles behind sustainable fat loss.

It encourages you to rely on food rules instead of learning why certain habits work.

They be acting like “free” foods don’t have calories and portion sizes don’t matter 🥴

Plus there’s so much emphasis on the scales, when they only tell you one small part of the story. 😩

I’ve had clients whose weight barely changed...
..yet they lost centimetres from their waist, dropped a dress size, got stronger, felt more confident and completely transformed their body.

If we’d only looked at the scales, we’d have thought nothing was happening.

That’s why with my clients we celebrate so much more than just a number.

🤍 Body measurements
🤍 Progress photos
🤍 Strength gains
🤍 How clothes fit
🤍 Confidence

Because the goal isn’t just to lose weight...
It’s to get results you can actually maintain for life.

I know how frustrating it is when you’ve been eating well, exercising often but the scale just won’t budge 😭

And I’m sorry to break it to you but eating healthily doesn’t automatically lead to fat loss 🫣

Thing is healthy foods can still be high in calories.

Random workouts won’t give you the results you’re hoping for.

And just trying harder isn’t always the answer.

Sometimes it’s not about putting in more effort...
It’s about following a better method.

Have you ever felt like you were doing everything right but still not seeing results?

👉🏽 Follow for no BS fitness advice ✨

Halfway through the year already 🤯
Here’s a little BTS of my last 6 months…
(Bet you weren’t expecting number 5 🤭)

When something traumatic consumes your life, it can become your whole identity.

For a while I wondered whether fitness still deserved a prominent place in my life…

Until I remembered that fitness is so much more than losing weight.

It’s confidence.
It’s keeping promises to yourself.
It’s proving you’re capable of hard things.
It’s building a life that feels good to live.

Getting back to helping women achieve that has reminded me exactly why I started coaching nearly 8 years ago.

This has been a reminder that perfection isn’t necessary.

Life looks very different from how it was 5 years ago and i don’t need six workouts a week to get results.

The most important thing is to do what i can when i can and that’s exactly what I teach my clients too.

Why is making friends as an adult so much harder than when you’re younger?! 😭

If you’ve ever walked into a room where everyone already seems to know each other…

You’ll know exactly how I felt.

I nearly turned around and went home but I’m so glad I didn’t 🥰

Sometimes your body remembers things your mind wishes it could forget.

But I’m incredibly proud of myself for continuing to do what’s right, despite how hard it still is.

I definitely didn’t think I’d be in another relationship so soon, but God has a way of bringing the right person into your life at exactly the right time.

He’s kind, generous, patient, and everything I’ve always wanted in a partner.

Turns out healing doesn’t always happen on your own.

Sometimes it happens because someone sees the person you’ve forgotten, gently reminds you who you are, and helps bring you back to life. 🤍

If the first half of this year has taught me anything…

It’s that growth isn’t about having a perfect life.

It’s about continuing to move forward, even when life feels heavy.

There have been tears, setbacks, court hearings, sick children, self-doubt and plenty of moments where I questioned everything.

But there have also been stronger boundaries, healthier habits, happier clients, new friendships, more laughter, more love and a life that feel

If you’re new here, I thought I’d properly introduce myself ❤️

I’m Ebuni (pronounced like Ebony 👋🏽)

Online Fitness Coach, mum of 2, and someone who’s spent the last 7+ years helping women transform their bodies, confidence and lives.

But it wasn’t always that way...

After having my first daughter in my early twenties, I became the heaviest I’d ever been.

I didn’t understand sustainable weight loss, so I did what a lot of women do 🫣

Crash diets.
Hours of cardio.
“Cheat meals” instead of balanced nutrition.

I eventually lost the weight, but I felt miserable 😩

And what surprised me most was that I still didn’t feel confident in a bikini.

Then I discovered strength training.

For the first time, I wasn’t focused on becoming smaller...
I was focused on becoming stronger.

Lifting weights helped me feel powerful, resilient, and transformed my body in a way I couldn’t have imagined.

And it sparked a fascination with confidence, mindset and personal growth 🔥

I became obsessed with understanding how the mind works and what it really takes to build lasting self-confidence. 🧐

Years later, after a difficult second pregnancy and leaving a relationship that had left my confidence at an all-time low, I found myself rebuilding both my body and myself from scratch.

It was time to use all the tools I’d been teaching my clients for years on myself. 😅

And that experience reminded me of something very important:

Changing your body isn’t enough if you don’t change the way you see yourself too.

That’s why my coaching combines fitness, mindset and confidence-building.

Because I don’t believe you need to:
❌ Give up the foods you love
❌ Live in the gym
❌ Wait until you’ve reached your goal weight to feel confident

I believe you can:
✨ Lose weight without being miserable
✨ Build strength and confidence from the inside out
✨ Create a body and life you’re proud of
✨ Get hotter, healthier & happier as you get older

If that sounds like your kind of thing, you’re in the right place 🫶🏽
