Last year. A moment I’ll never forget. 🏆🤍

And now, we’re almost ready to do it all over again.

Olympia 2026... see you very soon. 👀✨

When the goal gets this close, it can be tempting to think you need to do more, push harder or suddenly change things.

But this is where I trust the work I’ve already done.

Stick to the plan. Pay attention to my body. Keep doing what got me here.

Olympia is getting very close now. 👀🏆

No panic. Just focus. 💫💪🏾

“There is no one way to be a strong woman.”

Something I’ll always stand by💪🏾

Strength can look like muscle, determination, and doing difficult things.

But it can also look like softness, femininity, vulnerability, confidence and being completely comfortable showing different sides of yourself.

I love that modelling gives me another way to express that.

I don’t have to choose between feeling strong and feeling feminine.

I get to be both💫

Olympia is getting closer, and there’s something special about knowing I’ll soon be back on that stage again🙌🏾

I’ve experienced what it feels like to stand there, to compete there, and to win there...memories I’ll always be incredibly grateful for.

But this year is a new year, a new challenge and another opportunity to bring the best version of myself I can.

For now... the countdown is on!💫💪🏾

The longer I’ve trained, the more I’ve learned to listen to my own body💫

I know which movements I respond well to. I know where I need more attention. I know when something feels right for me and, just as importantly, when it doesn’t.

That understanding hasn’t come from a textbook or someone else’s programme.

It’s come from years of training, competing, making mistakes, trying different things and paying attention to how my own physique responds.

And I’m still learning.

My body now isn’t the same as it was two or five years ago, so my training can’t stay exactly the same either.

That’s one of the things I love about bodybuilding.

You’re never really finished learning your own physique💪🏾

“Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it.” — Maya Angelou

I think we spend so much time looking ahead that we sometimes forget to appreciate who we’ve already become.

The athlete.
The woman.
The mum.
The model.
The person behind all of those things.

I’m always working towards another goal, but I also want to enjoy and celebrate this version of myself while I’m here💫💪🏾
