I spent a long weekend in Rome running a retreat with Marina from . What a pleasure it was to spend time with a group of wonderful people. We worked on exploring our human experience through body, speech and mind nurturing qualities of stability, relaxation and clarity.
I sometimes wonder how I ended up teaching Yoga and feel so lucky and privileged to be able to share the small amount of knowledge I have of this beautiful practice.
