When we first took on Royal Wharf in 2022, the site was operating with an inconsistent cleaning schedule and disjointed processes. The previous setup lacked structure, which meant some buildings were over-serviced while others were neglected.

Here’s what we’ve done differently:

✔️Instituted a proactive schedule, delivering 4 cleans per year per building, always planning at least two weeks ahead.

✔️Standardised processes across the development to ensure consistency, quality, and reliability.

✔️Built a strong partnership with management, leading to operational efficiencies and mutual trust.

Because we now manage Royal Wharf and Riverscape together, we’re in a position to offer 5% cost savings across both developments without compromising standards.

Case Study Spotlight: Brentford Project! 🥳

The Brentford Project is a mixed-use development in London where we’ve been proud to deliver regular cleans. The site manager explained that one of the biggest struggles they faced before working with us was a lack of communication.

That’s why prior notification is absolutely essential 🙌🏼

Ahead of every clean, we provide the Facility Manager with dates for each of the six buildings and a separate schedule for davit-arm testing.

The reach-and-wash system, which uses water-fed poles for commercial window cleaning, is one of the most popular window cleaning services on the market, due to its range of associated benefits.
