If your teen has just returned to school, here's a fairly simple way you can set them up well for the challenges of the day. Make sure there's a healthy, tasty breakfast available. It's something we can forget when we're busy.

Hormones are everywhere and your teen is probably either eating as much as a horse or as a bird. They sometimes need a little help.

Make it packable, in case they're running late or have no morning appetite.
