The end of last year saw people closing out rooms. Getting refocused. Starting to get into tunnel vision.
But tunnel vision is a short term strategy as short term I this can improve focus and efficiency and staying in your lane.
However, when used as a long-term strategy, tunnel vision leads to "context blindness," significant decision making errors, and "burnout" where the brain loses the capacity to plan or see the bigger picture.
So if your business now feels dry, and is in a plateau you didn’t lose momentum because you weren’t focused enough because you narrowed your field too much.
And now you’re sitting inside a version of your business that used to work
but doesn’t stretch you anymore.
No one really talks about this part.
You go from noise to shutting everything out.
And at first it feels productive but overtime you stop seeing what’s actually changing
what’s opening, all the opportunities that are in front of you.
So you keep going same way just harder
And that’s when it starts to feel flat because nothing around you is expanding how you think.
So you end up looping
same decisions
same patterns
same level
Just with more effort behind it and at that point it’s not a strategy.
It’s the lack of room you’re in.
The environment you’re operating inside is either stretching you or keeping you where you are.

I should have been packing for a trip… instead I chose to do this 🤣🤣🤣
In little over 72hrs I’ll be off on a trip of a lifetime to India 🇮🇳.
If these past few years in business have taught me anything it’s do NOT conform to the norms.
Planning into this year I knew I wanted to have FUN, Pioneer a new way forward and build unlike anyone else.
That’s what I have already done.
It’s why I’m starting my year not behind my business but on a bucket list trip to India travelling with my sister.
It’s why my business will be 70% in person next year and 30% on zoom.
It’s why I am building a passive unique body of work.
It’s why I opened and it’s like nothing else out there and already 6+ figures in.
It’s why I opened with a room that’s quite literally flipped the script on how we hold space and build events and communities for successful women ACROSS INDUSTRIES wanting to build economies, increase their wealth. Your network = your networth. Oh and this hit 6 figures in 7 days.
It’s why I decided to change my 1:1 this year and bring advisory + a new level of partnership into what I’m doing with my clients. Helping them build REAL EMPIRES (it’s what I do).
It’s also why we have a business retreat in Crete that will see a mind blowing event at the finale of it (never been done the way we are planning it).
It’s why I have a new Morocco retreat already over half full and it’s not til Nov.
