Hard lines to our triple of Paul Field, Taylor Monk and Andy Rodger who lost narrowly by 16 shots to 18 against Heaton Hall (Lancashire) in their quest for a place in the Quarter Finals of the BE National Finals at Leamington Spa this afternoon.

Great achievement in getting this far. All at B&G are very proud of your efforts.

Further good news to report from Leamington Spa where our triple of Paul Field, Taylor Monk and Andy Rodger have won their 2nd match this morning - by 16 shots to 13 over the Porthleven (Cornwall) triple of Kevin Williams, Fred Williams and Alasdair Williams.

Their next match is at 2.30pm today - against the Heaton Hall (Lancashire) triple of Lewis Rimmer, Shayne Rimmer and Robert Stirling (skip).

Well done on your two fine wins so far and good luck in 5 minutes time from all at B&G!

Great news just in from Leamington where our triple of Paul Field, Taylor Monk and Andy Rodger had a convincing win this morning by 24 shots to 5 in the preliminary round of the BE National Finals. Their opponents were an Egham (Surrey) triple skipped by Joshua Tiffin.

Next up for B&G is a Porthleven (Cornwall) triple skipped by Alasdair Williams - the game commences at 10am tomorrow.

Reminder to members that we have our annual August Bank Holiday roll up followed by BBQ on Monday 29th August at 2pm.
