This week is Clean Sport Week and we’re proud to stand alongside in championing fair play, integrity, and drug-free netball.

Our players work hard every single day; on court, in the gym, through the setbacks, and the comebacks. That effort is everything. No shortcut is worth your health, your career, or the game you love.

One thing we want our community to be aware of is the growing amount of misleading content online promoting SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) as ‘safer’ alternatives to steroids. They’re not. They’re banned in sport, unapproved for human consumption, and dangerous.

If you’re unsure about any supplement or substance, check before you take it. Info is available on the UK Anti-Doping website.

One year on from the injury that ended her netball career, reflects on retirement, and what made all the difference 🏐

For most of her life, being a netballer wasn’t just what she did, it was who she was. So when it suddenly stopped, it could have been a very different story.

What changed that? Doing the work before she had to. Exploring her identity outside of sport. Having conversations that helped her see her strengths beyond the court.
