Great session today at Highbury New Park Care Home improvement with the ribbon skills I have definitely been seeing and great help from the staff getting involved

Fitness in the sunshine Bupa UKsmaller group but we still had fun and I met some keen new residents music playing and creating shapes with our ribbons using those arm muscles

It was great to be back Hadley Lawns Care Home we had a great session where we really stretched our limbs through fitness and music impressed by the dedication in the sessions with the excercises the residents really performed above expectations!

Great fun and focus Muriel Street care home we got out the rubber bands for stretching our joints to some exercise movements was really impressed by the effort put into it was great to be back.

lets get active plenty hand arm movement activity with the residents at Highbury New Park Care Home looks like they enjoyed the different shapes the creates also using finger rubber bands to really get those finger muscle going great session.

Aim and throw challenge at Highbury New Park Care Home for this week came with coordination skills residents really showed to be keen to getting the right colour rings in the right cones fitness music was played and thanks for the staff giving that helping hand another fun session.
