I'm delighted to now take referrals from the Concussion Clinic at the Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health in London to provide a Health Coaching programme for individuals with ongoing post concussion symptoms. My support includes nervous system regulation, using pain reprocessing approaches, brain focused nutrition, long term exercise and fostering a recovery mindset.
Particular gratitude to Dr Theo Farley, specialist concussion Physiotherapist at ISEH who was supporting me in my recovery journey this time last year. What a difference a year makes!
