Single Arm Extensions - isolate one side at a time 🙋🏻‍♀️

Swim using one arm only while the other stays extended in front. Keep the hands shoulder width apart, rotate with each stroke, and focus on entering in line with the other wrist, reaching forward before beginning the next pull.
