If you’ve been feeling unsettled in your relationship or in your daily life, you’re not imagining it, and you don’t have to navigate that confusion alone.
Many people find themselves in situations that feel “off,” but they can’t quite name why.
✔️ARE YOU IN A LIFE SITUATION THAT DOESN’T FEEL RIGHT?
✔️ARE YOU DEALING WITH CHALLENGES THAT MAKE YOU FEEL UNSURE, OVERWHELMED, OR NOT YOURSELF?
✔️DOES THE PRESSURE, THE DAILY DECISIONS, OR YOUR ENVIRONMENT FEEL HEAVY OR HARD TO EXPLAIN?
If any of this resonates, it’s a sign worth paying attention to. You deserve clarity, calm, and the space to breathe again.
That’s why I’m offering a free copy of my PDF guide, ‘10 Major Red Flags You’re in an Abusive Relationship’.
It’s a straightforward, compassionate resource designed to help you recognise patterns of narcissistic or emotional abuse, understand what those red flags look like in real life, and begin reclaiming your sense of self.
If you’d like a copy, just reach out.
Support is here when you’re ready, and you don’t have to figure this out in silence.

When you begin to realise something is not right…
1. Feeling depleted:
Your energy drains faster than it returns, and even rest doesn’t revive you the way it used to.
2. Creeping fatigue:
Your body slows down, motivation slips, and tasks that were once simple now feel like a burden.
3. A sense of being lost:
Your inner compass feels off, direction becomes blurry, and you’re unsure what path you’re meant to be on.
4. Constant confusion:
Your thoughts feel off, clarity slips away, and decision‑making becomes harder than usual.
5. Feeling perplexed:
You sense something is off, but you can’t quite name it, leaving you mentally circling the same questions.
If you’re experiencing any of the above, these are all signs that something deeper needs your attention.
It’s your chance to begin asking yourself questions and reflect on what it is you need to address.
These aren’t random symptoms, they’re your inner self calling you to act on the parts of your life you’ve been overlooking.
You can either address them at the root or cover them up with external distractions, hoping they fade. Either way, it’s a choice - and choosing awareness is the first step toward real change and healing.
YOU GOT THIS!

Change isn’t the enemy.
It’s the rhythm of life.
Everything transforms, and that’s not a flaw, it’s divine design.
We suffer when we resist the flow,
when we cling to what was or fear what’s next.
But pain doesn’t have to be our home.
It’s a visitor, not a verdict or punishment.
When we remember that nothing stays the same, we can breathe through the discomfort,
knowing it’s part of the unfolding.
You’re here to evolve, to stretch, to rise.
So let go a little.
Let change carry you.
Let the becoming be enough, and see what happens. 🤍🙏🏽

❣️ OCD Awareness Week - OCD & Isolation❣️
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder isn’t just about repetitive thoughts — it’s a mental war that can quietly isolate.
When compulsions feel too intense or misunderstood, many retreat. Not out of choice, but out of fear, shame, or exhaustion.
Isolation makes it worse.
Intrusive thoughts grow louder. Support feels distant. Healing feels impossible.
But silence is OCD’s ally. Connection is its antidote.
Let’s talk. Let’s listen. Let’s make space.

💫Speed the Awareness Forward💫
‘Today is World Mental Health Day’
It’s time.
Time to share.
Time to discuss.
Time to unite.
Whether you prefer to do this quietly or with friends and family or colleagues, today is a great reminder to prioritise your Mental health. Although the subject itself has become globally more accepted, too many still suffer in silence, still weighed down by stigma, shame, or fear.
Today, we open the door to honest conversations, safe spaces, and real support. Call one another, cry it out, listen or just meditate in your safe space.
Your health matters.
Our health matters.
Every voice, every story, every struggle—matters.
Together, we can build a world where mental health is understood, respected, and prioritized. Not just today—but every day.
Five top tips to provide yourself some grace:
❗️Emotional Detox ✨
Turn off notifications, step away from screens, and reconnect with your thoughts or surroundings.
❗️Self-Compassion ✨
Write a letter to yourself, list things you’re proud of, paint/ draw, dance or simply reflect on how you’ve grown.
❗️Comfort Rituals ✨
Brew your favourite hot drink, light a candle, listen to music or wrap yourself in a blanket—whatever makes you feel safe and held.
❗️Gratitude Practice ✨
List three things you’re grateful for today, including about yourself. Reach out to someone to thank them for something specific.
❗️Mental Health Check-In ✨
Get into the habit of self-awareness Ask yourself anything such as: “How am I really feeling?” “What do I need right now?” and/ or “What do I need to change to bring me closer to what I desire?”

I love how in coaching we initially focus on ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’. Our internal mental wellbeing is the core foundation to everything we do externally.
“I am not my job - I have a job”
“ I am not my career - I have a career”
We are eternal beings having multiple experiences.
Lets continue to normalise and glamorise our true essence 🖤
