I used to think great work would speak for itself. It doesn’t.
If you solve everything quietly, people assume everything is fine and they miss your value.
Visibility isn’t about being loud. It’s about being clear about what you’re doing and why it matters.
Jess Ulrich Coaching
Hi, I’m Jess Ulrich, an ICF ACC accredited coach dedicated to helping you navigate life and career transitions with clarity and confidence.
Let’s unlock your potential and create lasting change together.
This is one of my favourite tools for making decision with long term benefits.
The more import a is the decision the more is the feelings.
And remember even if the wrong decision is made in most cases you can fix it by making another decision.
Most people ask the wrong question before starting something new.
They ask:
“How do I know this will work?”
And from that moment, the mind begins searching for reasons to hesitate.
What if it fails?
What if I embarrass myself?
What if I make the wrong decision?
But questions shape attention.
If you ask:
“What if this actually works?”
“What if this opens a door?”
Your brain begins to notice opportunities instead of risks.
The actions you take come from the questions you ask.
Ask better questions.
Your life starts to move differently.
Sometimes the difference isn’t talent or intelligence. It’s movement. It’s action.
Opportunities don’t alway come at the right time, they mainly belong to the person who acts while everyone is still thinking.
This is also what ASK YOUR BOSS is about. Link in the bio
Don’t bloody wait. Do it.
Clear request creates clear opportunities
And this is what we work on in my group coaching programme ASK YOUR BOSS. Check out the link in my bio 🧚🏻♀️
Sometimes the body reacts to a thought before your mind questions it.
That signal is worth listening.
So you recognise your body signals?
The clearer you are on your decision the less fearful you’ll be because there is no other way then reaching your goal.
And this is excactly what we work on on ASK YOUR BOSS.
DM me if you are ready to move forward
The challenge isn’t a lack of confidence.
The challenge is how long you stay in negotiation with fear.
You tell yourself you’re “thinking it through.”
You say you need a little more clarity.
One more sign.
One more conversation.
One more round of research.
But what you’re actually doing is waiting for a feeling that only comes after the decision.
Certainty is not a prerequisite for confidence.
It’s a by-product of self-trust.
The shift happens in a very small, very powerful moment:
when you choose — without having all the reassurance.
Not recklessly.
Not blindly.
But from the part of you that already knows.
That’s the point where your power comes back.
That’s where overthinking loses control.
That’s where momentum begins.
And every time you move from that place, you build evidence:
“I can handle myself.”
“I can handle the outcome.”
“I don’t abandon my own decisions.”
That’s confidence.
If you’re ready to stop living in the waiting room of your own life,
DM me TRUST.
It’s not the decision that’s hard.
It’s trusting yourself to handle the outcome.
You already have the information.
The overthinking comes from self-doubt.
Decide.
Back yourself.
Adjust if needed.
That’s how real confidence is built.
If you’re done living in the mental loop and ready to move with self-trust, DM me DECIDE.
