I had a wonderful time at the Drumming Convention on Saturday! So good to join my drumming sisters, it's so powerful when we come together. It was also special to meet Melonie Syrett Thedrumwoman.com, I'm looking forward to drumming with her again soon. I loved the session led by Angie Litvinoff, Medicine Woman, and it was a real pleasure to meet Sophie Messager author of 'The Beat of your Own Drum' well worth a read. It was a very special day! I attended a wonderful drumming workshop last month held by Pete Bengry. We did a deep dive into feeling into our inner senses and connecting with drum spirit. Pete offers other workshops through the year, highly recommend signing up.

When I first started learning Qi Gong about 20 years ago it completely changed my life. I moved from being in a slightly anxious place through the day to being able to maintain a sense of calmness. Here is your invitation to experience the next evolution of Qi Gong with Golden Spine 9, a mindful movement practice that weaves intention into every motion. As you move with purpose, you will strengthen your connection to grounding, creativity, abundance, and integration.
In this 4 week course you will learn 9 movements, which are all in the standing position but you can also do the movements sitting down if you prefer. Suitable for all ages and levels.
