It’s the start of national ‘Volunteers’ Week’ so it’s time to say a huge THANK YOU to all our amazing volunteers who do such a brilliant job, week in, week out, whatever the weather.
We simply couldn’t do it without them!🎉🎉

More of that glorious hot sunshine but that didn’t stop our 870 participants enjoying the beautiful Common, with 158 first timers getting the full experience and 81 new PBs recorded, with huge thanks to our amazing 41 volunteers (plus Maisie and Alfred).
Congratulations to all today’s milestones, including our star volunteer Token Sorter, Karen, on her 100th parkrun and happy celebrations as Elspa started her Hen party early with parkrun🎉🎉
