π§ββοΈβ¨ Welcome to Reception Yoga, where the mats are colourful, the poses areβ¦ interpretive, and the fun is non-negotiable π
Some refuse to take their shoes off (we respect the commitment to footwear fashion π),
Some insist mountain pose is the only pose worth doing (hello, tiny yogi rebels β°οΈ),
And some would rather dance, chat, and form a conga line than find their breath ππ£οΈ
But at Well Beanz, we roll with it because joy, movement, and giggles are all part of the practice π

Each 1-hour class is a beautiful mix of yoga, creative drawing, mindfulness, and meditation β giving kids the chance to stretch, breathe, explore creativity, and find calm in a safe, nurturing space πΏπ«

Iβm cooking up some Well Beanz magic for the summer β playful, creative, calming yoga sessions just for children (and maybe even you too!).
Whether your little one is full of beans, feeling a little anxious, or just loves to move and stretch, Iβd love to hear from you π
Iβve put together a super quick form to help shape what these sessions look like β from outdoor park classes to parent & child yoga, themed adventures, and calm-down workshops.
