🍌🫐 Air Fryer Protein Mini Loaf
Ingredients:
🥚 2 eggs
🍌 1 ripe banana
🥛 60g Greek yogurt
🫐 50g blueberries
🥥 20g desiccated coconut
💪 30g vanilla protein powder
🧁 1 tsp baking powder
How to:
1️⃣ Mash banana
2️⃣ Whisk in eggs, yogurt & coconut oil
3️⃣ Stir in protein powder, coconut & baking powder
4️⃣ Fold in blueberries
5️⃣ Pour into a mini loaf mould
6️⃣ Air fry at 160°C for 18–22 mins
7️⃣ Cool, slice & enjoy! 🙌
