6 DUMBBELL SHOULDER EXERCISES 💪🏼 which one is your favorite?!
With medium dumbbells ⬇️
1️⃣ Arnold press
2️⃣ Shoulder press (neutral grip)
3️⃣ Upright rows
With light dumbbells ⬇️

Aim to get 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps of each exercise!!

HATE CRUNCHES?! Try this out…🤝👀 these are so so good! I’m using 7.5lb dumbbells, but start with Bodyweight, then if you have ankle or wrist weights, then progress from there!
