Whether you are a complete Beginner, or Premiership/National League level player, or somewhere in between, our club offers opportunities for both competitive and recreational volleyball within its skill levels. Our Club thrives on the diversity of its membership and we are very proud of the values and strength gained from having a mixed collection of players (both gay & straight) from the UK and from more than 20 nations. LSVC early roots stem from encouraging gay men to participate in sport and we’ve grown into a unique mixed volleyball club culture. We promote the key values of inclusiveness, skills development, team work, mutual support/respect, achievement, celebration and enjoyment. Application to our membership is open to all men over 18 years old, regardless of experience, race or sexuality.

Yesterday, London Spikers big balls took over the London Pride 2026! 🏐🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Members of the club marched for lgbtq+ visibility and inclusion in sports and in general. We are thankful to all q***r and trans people who came before us, who fought for our rights to be ourselves. Without them we wouldn’t be able to celebrate our club, our members and our volleyball community in the centre of London.

And to dance to Zara! ☀️🐬

London Spikers is proud to have five competitive teams registered in the London League. Their levels span across multiple divisions and skills, from Monsterball’s introduction to league games to Powerball’s advanced play and ambition to grow into higher divisions.

London Spikers has a long traditional history of being a friendly diverse place for men from around the world which prides itself on not only being a sports club, but also a social club. Many members have met through the club and become life-long friends.

We hold parties throughout the year, including our big LIVE tournament afterparty, or hit the local pub after a session or a match. But we never stop to play volleyball! On Summer Sundays (off season) we head to the park, set up nets and play the entire afternoon. Anyone and everyone is welcome to join!

Many members also get together and create small teams to travel and attend international lgbtq+ tournaments across Europe (and sometimes the world!) including Amsterdam, Paris, and Prague.

If you like to play volleyball, socialise and feel part of the community London Spikers might be the place for you!
