It’s easy to focus on your own goals, but have you thought about who's watching and learning from you?
Every so often, I get the opportunity to step outside the corporate world and lead a different kind of workshop. This time, I had the privilege of hosting a public speaking session for a group of interns at my local church. Their enthusiasm and drive to become impactful speakers was truly inspiring.
To all the professionals out there: Keep chasing your dreams, but don’t forget the next generation. They need your mentorship, wisdom, and guidance. We were all in their shoes once, figuring out our paths.
