If you are even vaguely interested in sport then you should get this book by Sue Anstiss and watch the film on Netflix. Whilst on the same subject matter neither is a spoiler for the other so you can watch the film while the book is on order!

Have you run our Down Tow Up Flow Half Marathon? This year it is taking place on Sunday 24th July 2022.
A gloriously scenic and flat, multi-terrain, point-to-point half marathon along the Thames towpath, run in opposite directions each year! 2022 is ‘Down Tow’, so the route will begin in Marlow before winding its way along the Thames and finishing in Windsor.
