⚽ GOOD COACHING MATTERS

Children deserve more than someone simply organising a football session.

Good coaching should challenge them.

Encourage them.

Ask questions.

Allow mistakes.

Help them solve problems.

And make them excited about coming back next week.

That is the standard we want across Excel Sport.

Because the quality of the experience matters.
