As someone who is unnecessarily competitive I decided to set myself the challenge of running 4k everyday for 40 days of Lent. This one was about my mindset, I knew I was physically able to do this but i have never enjoyed running therefore I know the mental challenge of completing this everyday was going to be the toughest part.

Before you ask, I’m not running a marathon after this, I’m probably even more put off by it actually. This was about stacking wins, and proof that you don’t have to be perfect everyday but you need to be consistent to make progress.
You can’t overcome a 15 point deficit with one shot and you can’t lose 20 pounds in one workout..you chip away bit by bit repeatedly.
